Terms:	The term for this auction will be 20% down with the balance due in 30 days from the date of auction. A 10% buyers premium will be paid by purchaser.
Confirmation:	All properties are offered subject to confirmation of the seller.
Broker Participation:	A 2% commission will be paid to any Georgia Real Estate Broker who properly registers a confirmed buyer who closes on the property. Registration must be received by J.L. TODD AUCTION COMPANY by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4th.
