Date and Time: J.L. TODD AUCTION COMPANY will offer these properties on Wednesday, December 5th at 1:00 p.m. ON THE PROPERTY of Sims Crossing under the big J.L. Todd Auction Company tent.
Terms: The term for this auction will be 20% down with the balance due in 30 days from the date of auction.
A 10% buyers premium will be paid by purchaser.
Confirmation: All properties are offered subject to confirmation of the seller.
Broker Participation: A 2% commission will be paid to any Georgia Real Estate Broker who properly registers a confirmed buyer who closes on the property. Registration must be received by J.L. TODD AUCTION COMPANY by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4th.
Financing: Purchasers must secure their own financing. This is a cash sale and the closing is not contingent on purchaser obtaining financing, nor is it contingent on any requirements of a purchaser's lender.
Taxes: Real Estate taxes for 2007 will be paid by the seller and the purchaser will assume all of the 2008 taxes.
