Auction Location: Sale of all properties will be held at the Blackfoot Ridge farm location, 1655 Bailey Rd. S.E., Floyd County, GA
Directions: From Rome, go South on GA 101, turn left to Wax Road (traffic light) and go 4.2 miles to Taylorsville Road. Turn left and go 2.6 miles to Bailey Road. Turn left and go 1± mile to property at 1655 Bailey Rd., sale site for all properties. The 18± tract is at 2475 Wax Road, near the intersection of Wax and Taylorsville Roads.
From Cartersville, follow J.L. Todd Auction signs from Hwy. 113. Turn west at Taylorsville, follow signs. Approximately 6± miles West of Taylorsville.
