NEWSPAPERS — News ads are the basis of most campaigns. We will place auction ads in local and surrounding area papers, large circulation metropolitan papers, regional and national papers, depending on the requirements of your sale.

RADIO — Attention-getting radio spots are placed in surrounding markets, making sure news of the sale will be heard by thousands of listeners at all times of the day.

TELEVISION — where it is warranted and will be most effective, J. L. Todd places television spots in local areas, showing actual views of your property.

PROPERTY SIGNS — Large outdoor signs are placed at strategic points on and around your property. Directional arrows are placed to direct people to the site.

BROCHURES AND DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGN — Colorful and factual brochures are prepared by a specially skilled team. It is another way of presenting the equivalent of a full color brochure to potential bidders, especially when there is not enough time to mail a brochure before the sale date.

PUBLIC RELATIONS / PERSONAL CONTACT — Before the sale, Todd public relations representatives will visit in the area around the sale site, talking to prospective buyers, giving out brochures and plats, answering questions about the property and our auction method. These representatives insure that all local buyers are informed.
